💡 Sliding Scale Clients:
If you’re a sliding scale client or you do not pay my full fee, please continue to book the 50-minute individual counselling sessions as usual. I will adjust the fee accordingly, and you will not be charged the full amount.
Through open and confidential conversations, I offer support, guidance, and strategies to assist clients in understanding their issues, exploring their feelings, and developing effective coping mechanisms. Please note some insurances don't accept MSW Candidates.

Welcome to my counselling practice. I am passionate about supporting individuals and families through their unique journeys. With a background in social work and extensive experience in various roles, I am committed to fostering a safe and empowering environment for all my clients.

Before beginning counselling, please check with your insurance provider to confirm coverage for services. Some insurance plans do not cover sessions with a Master of Social Work (MSW) Candidate unless they are supervised. My MSW degree requirements are in the process of being evaluated. Clients are responsible for verifying their insurance coverage, as Seven Rivers Counselling is not liable for denied claims. Once my MSW is evaluated I will be updating this. If you have any questions, please reach out.
Currently I hold a Bachelors of Social Work and I am registered with the Ontario Collage of Social Works and the BC collage of Social workers.
